Jacques Maritain Center Research Grant
The Jacques Maritain Center Research Grant is intended to support visits to the Center to pursue research projects in the Center’s areas of interest that would benefit from access to our library and/or archive collections. Grant recipients will be awarded up to $1,500 to contribute towards travel and accommodation costs (n.b. - the funds cannot be allocated towards other expenses). Grant recipients will also receive a workspace and are welcome to participate in our events during their visit.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be affiliated with an institution of higher education or research; in exceptional cases, a demonstrated record of relevant publications can be substituted. PhD candidates are eligible, but must be at the dissertation stage and request a letter of support from their supervisor.
Before filling out the application form, please prepare:

- A title and abstract for your project proposal
- Description of project, including an explanation of why this project would benefit from a research visit to the Maritain Center (1-2 pages)
- A current CV (combined in a single PDF with your project description)
